Alannah’s Pastry Boutique was born out of my passion for dessert innovation, and traditional high-quality pastries.

Having traveled the world and learned the trade at London’s most prestigious hotels, including The Savoy, The Landmark, Claridge’s, and undertaking Stagiaire’s with Pierre Herme, from the tender age of 16. I quickly moved up the ladder, and when I landed in Dubai at the age of 21, there was nothing stopping me from setting the pastry world alight. Years later, I have finally taken the bold step of launching my very own pastry boutique. If you are reading this, thank you for your support throughout my journey!
